It has just been announced about 20 minutes ago that the Wizarding world of Harry Potter will soon be arriving at Universal Studios Hollywood! The attractions that will be built there will be a bit more limited in California (Only the Hogwarts castle and Forbidden Journey) as it will be situated in the park and won't be a separate entity.
A reliable source has also informed us that the original WW will be extended. We have known for a while here at AA that Gringotts will be coming to Universal, but we were not sure of its location, but since the news of the Jaws closure, speculation has been growing that the two parks (Universal and islands of adventure) will be linked. I don't think this is true, as the other two attractions in Amity Cove (Disaster and Beetle Juice) are not going anywhere just yet, but it will be interesting to see news being reported in the next few weeks.
